With devices becoming more and more useful at church the need for good lesson preparation app are becoming more important. No one can take away the classic pen or pencil to make an outline of your lesson but with these tools you can find good resources to add to your preparation. These are a few of the many apps out there.
1. LDS Gospel Library
Pros:
- With the ability to bookmark certain scriptures for quick access
- Have multiple "screens" you've created for your lesson
- Vast amount of resources. (Ensigns, General Conferences, Videos)
- No real place to create an outline for your lesson linking to scriptures and to other resources.
2. LDS Inpire
Pros:
- Search feature for Author, category, or keyword.
- Add any quote to a favorite list.
- Able to share quotes to most social media sites.
Cons:
- Limited quotes still. Since this app is young you still may not find the quote you're looking for.
3. LDS Articles of Faith
Almost every lesson can use one of these and maybe even on the fly someone might mention an Article of Faith. With this app you don't have to fumble around bigger bulkier apps to get straight to what you need.Pros:
- Quick access and gets you what you need.
- None. Because it has one purpose.
If you have a app you really like mention it in the comments below. Thanks
